DIGICEL LAUNCHES MOBILE SALES VAN JUST IN TIME FOR CARNIVAL 2010!

Digicel Anguilla would like to announce the addition of their Mobile Sales Van. This new sales initiative is a first in the Digicel family, and the Anguilla’s management and staff are thrilled to have this great tool which will assist in meeting customer’s expectations and delivering top customer service to the residents.

The new Digicel Mobile Sales Van is a mobile facility, which is fully equipped to allow our customers to; top up, pay their bills, sign up for new accounts both postpaid and prepaid and purchase any handset which is available in the retail store. In addition the Mobile Sales Van will have daily specials which are only available in the van.

The Retail Sales Manager Kimara Richardson stated; “The success of the feet on street program has motivated the Anguilla team to push for our new sales van. This unit is expected to alleviate long lines in our store and allow Digicel to take our products and services into the unreachable communities on Anguilla”.

During the carnival activities, Digicel was able to take our mobile store to the streets for all of the outdoor events. Customers were quite fond of this new service as it gave more accessibility to all areas of Anguilla especially in our busiest season. Digicel Anguilla now has the mobility and flexibility to target all customers with ease.
